Shipping policy
Delivery is made:
- Either by home delivery,
- Or by direct handover of the goods to the buyer during MAWAQIT's participation in events,
- Or by depositing the goods at the location specified by the buyer on the order form, through MAWAQIT's partner delivery companies listed on the website at the time of the order.
The delivery time indicated when registering the order is only an estimate and is not guaranteed, as factors beyond MAWAQIT's control may affect the delivery time.
Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products will not entitle the buyer to:
- Compensation;
- Order cancellation.
Depending on the destination country, customs fees or additional taxes may be applied by the local authorities. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order price or delivery charges. We recommend that international customers check with their country’s customs services before placing an order.

The transport risk is fully borne by the buyer. Upon delivery, it is imperative for the customer to check the condition of the packaging and the product before accepting the delivery.
- Visual inspection of the packaging: The customer must carefully inspect the TV’s packaging and immediately report any signs of damage or impact.
- Product verification: Before accepting the delivery, the customer must open the box, plug in the TV, and ensure that the product works correctly and is not damaged.
❌ In case of damage: If the product is damaged or not functioning, the customer must refuse the delivery and specify the reason for refusal on the delivery receipt.
No claim will be accepted after the customer has received and accepted the package.
